These terms govern your use of craftboxgifts.com (hereinafter „CraftBox“ or „we“) and any order you place through our website. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm your agreement to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing an order.
1. General Provisions
1.1craftboxgifts.com is operated by CraftBox (LLC). The company’s registered address is: 2 Davit Kipiani St, Tbilisi 0119.
1.2 The website is available to persons over 18 years of age, or to those who have the consent of a parent or guardian.
1.3These terms are governed by the laws applicable at CraftBox’s registered place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably.
1.4 CraftBox reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any material change will be communicated to you by email.
2. Orders and Contract
2.1 An order may be placed online on the site or by phone (+995 557 234 222). Each order constitutes an offer to contract with CraftBox.
2.2 The contract is considered concluded when CraftBox sends an order confirmation by email or SMS.
2.3 For personalized products (photo mug, hoodie, puzzle, etc.), the customer is responsible for providing a photo or file of adequate quality. If a file is of low quality, CraftBox will contact the customer.
2.4 CraftBox reserves the right to decline an order if the service cannot be provided or if the order violates these terms. In such a case, the customer will be refunded in full.
3. Products and Prices
3.1 Prices are shown in US dollars ($) and include any applicable taxes.
3.2 The photos shown on the site are illustrative. A slight difference in color may be noticeable due to different screen settings.
3.3 CraftBox reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Such a change does not apply to orders that have already been placed.
4. Payment
Online Prepayment via PayPal
Payment is made online in US dollars ($) through PayPal at checkout. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with any card supported by PayPal. The order enters production only after your payment is confirmed.
4.1 Payments are processed securely by PayPal, which handles all card and account data. CraftBox never receives or stores your card details.
5. Delivery
3–10 business days after the order is processed.
2–10 business days. We ship worldwide to most countries.
5.1 Delivery times are counted in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
5.2 The courier will contact you before arrival. If delivery cannot be completed (the customer is unreachable), the courier will try again after coordinating.
5.3 A delay (public holiday, weather, force majeure) is not considered a breach of contract. In such a case, the customer will be notified.
6. Returns and Refunds
Personalized products — returns not possible
Hoodies, mugs, puzzles, pillows, and other personalized items are made specially for you. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c) and equivalent consumer-protection laws, the right of withdrawal (cooling-off) does not apply to such products.
Defective product — free replacement
If a product arrives damaged or differs from the order (our mistake), we will replace it with a new one completely free of charge. To do so:

- 3.We will send you the replacement product within an additional 1–3 business days
Order cancellation — before production begins
An order can be cancelled only before production begins (usually within 2 hours of placing the order). Contact us at +995 557 234 222 or by email. If an order is cancelled, any payment (where applicable) is refunded within 5 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the site (logo, text, photos, design) is the property of CraftBox and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
7.2 For photo material submitted with an order (a photo or image), the customer confirms that they hold the right to use it and grants CraftBox a license to fulfill the order.
7.3 CraftBox will not use your photos for any other purpose (marketing, social media) without your separate written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 CraftBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profit, sentimental value), to the extent permitted by law.
8.2CraftBox’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8.3This clause does not diminish the customer’s statutory rights under the applicable consumer-protection laws of their country of residence.
