By placing an order on craftboxgifts.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. CraftBox Gifts reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Services

CraftBox Gifts offers personalized, made-to-order products including custom portraits, comics, fairy tales, posters, puzzles, clothing, lamps, and pendants. Each product is handcrafted by our artists based on photos and instructions you provide.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise noted. Payment is required to confirm your order. We accept major credit/debit cards. Server-side price calculation ensures accuracy. Orders cannot be modified once production has started.

4. Production & Delivery

Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination (typically 5–15 business days). We ship to over 50 countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction

We offer up to 2 free revisions per order to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the proof.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Since products are personalized, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order with photos.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to photos you upload. By submitting photos, you confirm you have the right to use them. CraftBox Gifts retains rights to the artistic designs created. We may use anonymized examples in our portfolio unless you opt out.
